R U OK?

This Thurday, the 15th of September, is R U OK? Day. This day is designed for everyone, everywhere, to get in touch with thier peers and make sure they are alright. 
So ask someone this Thursday whether they are OK. It could be as important as saving them from suicide or helping them cope with depression.
